Election of our new Bishop
On May 17, our Southwestern PA Synod of the ELCA met to begin our annual Synod Assembly, and to collect the first ballot in electing a new Bishop for our Synod. Our Synod Assembly will resume on June 12-14, where we'll continue discerning and voting in the process of electing a new Bishop. Please keep our Synod and all of our voting members to the Synod Assembly in your prayers as the Holy Spirit leads us in this exciting time in our Synod!
Food 2 Go 4 Kids
Thanks to all those who continue to support our ministry to provide weekend meals to children in need at Maxwell Elementary School, titled "Food 2 Go 4 Kids"! We continue to provide meals for over 40 children at Maxwell.
